Questions about this service

How do I ask for something that does not fit a normal sign category?

Send a photo, rough sketch, approximate size, quantity, deadline, and a short explanation of what the piece needs to do. We can usually identify the important production and installation questions from there.

Can you make a prototype before a larger order?

Sometimes. A prototype is most useful when it tests fit, assembly, material, or appearance. We will explain when a prototype saves risk and when it would add cost without answering an important question.
